terms of service

  1. it's preferred if you get in contact with me first before filling out a form as i don't get notified when someone fills it out. from there we can discuss payment and further details.

  2. however, it is highly encouraged you send a google form. i do really well when the specifics are laid out for me, and the google forms are designed so that i can get a clearer picture of what you're looking for!

  3. paypal is the preferred method of payment. however, i can sometimes take dicord nitro, robux, or tf2 keys. if this is something you're interested in, please let me know.

  4. to be blunt: i will only start working on art once i've been paid.

  5. afterward, i will send a sketch to be sure i'm on the right path. feel free to critique and point me in the right direction! my goal is to make something you want. if what i have is not close to the picture in your head, tell me!

  6. throughout the process i will frequently send work in progress shots, so please don't be afraid to tell me to fix something!

  7. to be clear; critique is not bullying. you can give me pointers without being rude. if this is to become a problem, i withhold the right to refund your purchase.

  8. once i am finished, i will let you know and post it online (if you are comfortable with such). however, do not claim that you made the commission. you're free to use the piece as you wish, but do not steal nor claim it completely.

  • concept art for an original character

wont do

  • mechs

  • feral animals (cats, dogs, wolves, ponies, dragons etc.)

  • characters from fandoms that make me uncomfortable

  • certain fetish content (feet, scat...)

  • rape, non-consensual sex, or dubious consent

  • feral nsfw

  • pedophillic content (lolicon, shotacon, ddlg, child porn etc.)

  • "sfw" fetish content

  • nsfw content of irl people

  • anything that makes me uncomfortable

  • i have the right to deny any commission upfront if it makes me at all uncomfortable.

  • i only take paypal at the moment. no other sort of payment will be allowed (unless discussed beforehand).

  • pay me beforehand - i will not start any drawing until i receive payment.

  • if you are wanting me to draw fetish content, tell me. do not try to skirt around it.

  • do not ask for "sfw" fetish content. that doesn't exist, nor am i comfortable making content for it.

  • if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!
